How do I create a journal entry?
Click the "Compose" button in the navigation menu or the floating action button. Write your thoughts, select which journeys to post to, and click "Post". Your entry will be shared with your followers and journey members.
What are Journeys?
Journeys are themed communities focused on specific goals or interests. Join journeys that match your goals to connect with others on similar paths, see relevant content, and stay motivated.
How do streaks work?
Your streak counts consecutive days of journaling. Post at least once per day to maintain your streak. Missing a day resets your streak to zero, so try to journal consistently!
Can I make my posts private?
Yes! When composing a post, you can choose the visibility setting. Options include Public (visible to everyone), Followers Only (visible to your followers), or Journey Members (visible only to members of the selected journeys).
How do I follow someone?
Visit their profile page and click the "Follow" button. You'll see their posts in your Following feed. You can also discover new people to follow through the Discover page.
What do the different reactions mean?
Reactions let you show support in different ways: Strength (you've got this), Support (I'm with you), Progress (great work), Insight (thoughtful post), and Brave (courageous share).
